Installed 3 mini split systems in our barn last October and couldn't be happier with the results. Added 6 tons of heating and cooling for the whole building which only cost a little over a hundred dollars a month in electricity. Outstanding work from these guy's. Highly recommend.

when its 100 degrees outside and my ac started acting up you wonder if you can get someone out to fix it. So i called Dowdle and Powell and less than 24hrs they had me fixed and running again. excellant service and a great price and they only fixed what was wrong without trying to sell something i didnt need. Will use them again if needed

Knowledgeable service and accurate diagnostics of my heating and air problems.

I called on a Friday afternoon and made an appointment for a Tuesday to have a piece replaced so that our heat would function properly. When these wonderful people found out we wouldn’t have heat over the weekend they made it work so that it could be fixed same day. I’ve never been so impressed with a company’s customer service.

My initial call took a little time to get a response...about 4 hours. Once I got a response, they were quick to get a crew out to evaluate my HVAC problem. They ordered a new, Trane A-Coil unit and got to my installation within two days of getting the part into town. They sent a sizeable crew and got the work completed in about 3 hours. The service was good and I appreciate the help they offered.

We had a 22 year old Trane system that they have maintained for us over the years. I believe the longevity of the system is a result of their excellent work over the many years we used their service. They were always timely with fair pricing. After 22 years, we decided to replace the system with a new Trane system and the installation was exactly as quoted as completed quickly without any inconvenience for us. This is an outstanding company - do not hesitate to use their services.

Our inducer motor went out and the manufacturer ran out of the part. Expected wait time per manufacturer kept changing, up to 6 weeks. They did more research, found an alternative part, swung by the house, and fixed it. Timely and communicative service, went above and beyond to get us warm faster. We’ll definitely use them again.
